品管圈在降低检验标本漏检率中的应用

Application of quality control circle in reducing the missing rate of test specimens

目的探讨品管圈(QCC)活动对降低检验标本漏检率的效果。方法成立品管圈小组,确定以降低检验标本漏检率为活动主题,运用有效的质量管理工具寻找问题真因并制定相应对策,落实整改。结果品管圈活动后,检验标本漏检率由活动前的20.14件/十万件下降至9.01件/十万件,下降幅度明显,目标达成率为104.12%,圈员能力显著提高。结论品管圈活动可以有效降低检验标本漏检率,提高检验工作效率,及时为临床提供诊断信息,保障患者安全。

Objective To explore the effect of quality control circle(QCC) activities on reducing the missing rate of test specimens. Methods The quality control circle group was established to reduce the inspection sample omission rate as the theme of activity, and the effective quality management tools were used to find the cause of the problem, and the corresponding countermeasures were put forward to implement the rectification. Results After the quality control circle activities, the missing rate of test specimens decreased from 20.14 piece/100 000 to 9.01 piece/100 000, the decrease rate was obvious, the target achievement rate was 104.12%, and the ability of circle members was significantly improved. Conclusion Quality control circle activities can effectively reduce the missing rate of test specimens, improve the efficiency of inspection work, timely provide diagnostic information for the clinic, and ensure patient safety.
