湖南科技兴农战略的实施路径研究

Research on the Implementation Path of Hunan’s Strategy of Promoting Agriculture by Science and Technology

科技兴农是我国始终坚持的农业发展战略。然而,农业科技的进步之路也是坎坷之路,科技兴农来之不易、坚持更难,目前无论在科研攻关、成果运用、体制机制诸多方面均存在许多障碍。结合湖南农业实践,提出选择合适技术路线,提高资源利用率;寻求新的科技成果转化机制,提高科技转化率;大力发展农业教育,提高农民素质;深化体制机制改革,提高农业科技保障力等建议。

Promoting agriculture by science and technology has always been an agricultural development strategy.However,the progress in agricultural science and technology is also a bumpy road.It is not easy to develop agriculture by science and technology,and it is more difficult to adhere to it.At present,there are many obstacles in tackling key problems in scientific research,application of achievements and institutional mechanisms.Combining with Hunan's agricultural practice,this paper puts forward the appropriate technological route to improve the utilization rate of resources;seeking new transformation mechanism and improving the transformation rate of scientific and technological achievements;we should vigorously develop agricultural education and improve the quality of farmers;deepening the reform of the system and mechanism and improving the agricultural science and technology support capacity are put forward.
