摘要 根据摩擦磨损试验数据拟合Rhee磨损公式的各系数时,因未考虑试验时试样受挤压变形对接触面积的影响,从而影响仿真结果的准确性。在高速环块摩擦磨损试验机上进行填充PTFE摩擦磨损试验,假定试验测得的磨损宽度为接触区域的弧线两端点,通过计算平均磨损面积对接触应力进行了估算,从而拟合得到磨损公式。通过Python语言编辑Abaqus脚本文件进行磨损计算,计算结果与试验结果吻合良好,说明该计算方法可用于预测实验材料的磨损规律,并为相应密封结构的设计提供指导。 When fitting the coefficients of Rhee wear formula according to the friction test data,the effect of extruded deformation on the contact area of the specimen was not considered,thus affecting the accuracy of the simulation results.The friction and wear test of filled PTFE material was carried out on the high-speed ring block friction wear tester.By assuming that the wear width measured in the test is two ends of the arc of the contact area,the contact stress was estimated by calculating the average wear area,and the wear formula was fitted.The wear calculation was carried out by using the Python language to edit the Abaqus script file.The calculation results of wear are in good agreement with the experimental results,which shows that this method can be used to predict the wear regularity of the experimental materials and can provide guidance for the design of the corresponding sealing structure.
