摘要
基于长沙、深圳和上海等46个高新技术企业工作团队(324人)的研究数据,分析了团队信任、信息细化和团队反思对团队创新绩效的影响效应和机制,结果表明:团队创新显著受益于团队信任(β=0.58,p<0.01),信任水平越高,团队创新绩效越优;信息细化介导了这一过程,中介效应为0.30(P<0.05);团队反思正向调节团队信任对信息细化的影响,团队信任在高反思团队中的积极作用更大(SS=1.017,P<0.01)。
Based on the data of 324 members of 46 work team in high and new technology enterprises in Changsha,Shenzhen and Shanghai,the article analyzes effects and system of team trust,information elaboration and team reflection on team innovation performance.The results show that the team innovation performance significantly benefits from team trust(β=0.58,p<0.01),the firmer team trust is,the better the team innovation performance.Information elaboration mediates this process,with an indirect mediating effect of 0.30(P<0.05).Team reflection positively moderates the influence of team trust on information elaboration,and team trust plays a greater positive role in high reflective teams(SS=1.017,P<0.01).
