摘要
页岩油泥是油页岩干馏过程中产生的含油、水、泥的半固体废弃物,对环境的危害性较大,加强对页岩油泥中原油的回收利用不仅能够减少环境污染,还可回收二次资源,产生一定的经济效益。由于页岩油泥性质较为稳定,常规方法难以分离,因此对页岩油泥分离的萃取法、热化学清洗法、冷冻-解冻法、超声波处理法、热解法、生物降解法进行了对比,并分析了各种方法的优缺点。
Shale oil mud is a semi-solid waste containing oil,water and mud produced in the process of dry distillation of oil shale,which is harmful to the environment.Strengthening the recovery and utilization of crude oil in shale oil mud can not only reduce environmental pollution,but also recover secondary resources,resulting in certain economic benefits.Because the nature of shale oil mud is relatively stable.It is difficult to separate shale oil sludge by conventional methods.In this paper,the extraction method,thermochemical cleaning method,freezing-thawing method,ultrasonic treatment method,pyrolysis method and biodegradation method of shale oil sludge separation are compared,and the advantages and disadvantages of each method are analyzed.
