摘要
文章从逆向工程定义出发,分析目前逆向工程技术的关键技术流程和应用发展,并对其中数据处理及模型逆向重构环节,以维纳斯石膏模型的逆向模型重构设计过程为例,介绍了Geomagic Studio的点云数据处理,再由DesignX进行曲面的建构,最终进行误差分析处理和文件输出的过程,对其实施方案和操作流程进行了详细论述。最终结果表明,对产品利用Geomagic Studio、DesignX进行复杂曲面的实体重构,具有高效性和可行性。应用在新产品的开发过程中能大幅缩短新产品的设计开发周期,提升产品开发、创新设计效率。
This paper starting from the definition of reverse engineering,analyzes the key technical processes and application development of reverse engineering technology,and takes the reverse process of the Venus plaster model as an example.The point cloud data processing of Geomagic Studio is introduced,and the surface is constructed by DesignX.Finally,the process of error analysis processing and file output is carried out,and its implementation scheme and operation flow are discussed in detail.The final result shows that it is efficient and feasible to use Geomagic Studio and DesignX to reconstruct the complex surface of the complex.The application can greatly shorten the design and development cycle of new products and improve the efficiency of product development and innovative design in the development process of new products.
