基于DRG的脑缺血性疾病亚专科医疗服务能力评价

Evaluation of “Cerebral Ischemic Disease” Subspecialty Medical Service Ability Based on DRG

目的探索运用DRG评价亚专科医疗服务能力。方法运用DRG指标,从能力、效率和安全3个维度对样本医院脑缺血性疾病亚专科住院医疗服务进行评价。结果样本医院2015 2017年亚专科总权重逐年增加,但是高权重病组构成仍低于北京市市属医院平均水平;2015年亚专科病例数占市属医院的4.57%,时间消耗指数0.89,费用消耗较市属医院平均水平低12%;2015 2017年BR21、BR23、BR25疾病组死亡率均为0,低于市属医院平均水平。结论基于DRG的亚专科评价,对于医院科学管理和专科评价具有指导意义。

Objective To explore the use of DRG to evaluate subspecialty medical service capabilities.Methods DRG in dex was used to evaluate the sub-specialty inpatient medical services of the sample hospital“cerebral ischemic disease”from three dimensions,i.e.ability,efficiency and safety.Results The total weight of sub-specialties in the sample hospitals increased from 2015 to 2017 year by year,but the composition of high-powered patients was still low er than the average level of hospitals in Beijing.In 2015,the number of sub-specialties accounted for 4.57%of the munic ipal hospitals,and the time consumption index was 0.89.The cost was 12% lower than the average hospital hospitality;the mortality rate of the BR21,BR23,and BR25 disease groups from 2015 to 2017 was 0,which was lower than the average level of municipal hospitals.Conclusion The subspecialty evaluation based on DRG has guiding significance for hospital scientific management and specialist evaluation.
