摘要
以商洛市金银花为材料,旨在探讨一条适合商洛当地生产的提取工艺;在醇提法的基础上,采用超声辅助提取,在单因素试验基础上,结合正交试验结果,得到商洛市金银花总黄酮的最优提取工艺:乙醇质量分数(40%)、超声时间(40 min)、超声温度(45℃)、料液比(1∶30),总黄酮提取率可达2.66%;其结果可为商洛当地金银花产业的发展提供技术参考。
The honeysuckle of Shangluo was used as test material.This paper aimed at probing a suitable extraction process for local production.Based on the alcohol extraction method,ultrasound-assisted extraction was carried out.On the basis of single factor and the orthogonal test results,the optimal extraction process of flavonoids of honeysuckle in Shangluo were as followed:Ethanol mass fraction was 40%;ultrasonic time was 40 min;ultrasonic temperature was 45℃;solid-liquid ratio was 1∶30;the extraction rate of flavonoids could be 2.66%;which could provide a technical reference for the development of the local honeysuckle industry in Shangluo.
