新型转炉出钢口修补料在济源钢铁炼钢厂的应用

The Application of the New Type Converter Tap Hole Outlet Repair Material in Jiyuan Steel Plant

介绍了两种常用的出钢口修补方法,从机理上分析了两种出钢口喷补方法的缺陷,在此基础上制备了一种新型出钢口修补料,进行了理化指标分析,并在现场进行了实际应用。结果证明:该修补料具有良好的流动性和高温烧结性能,不仅使出钢口管砖更换时间缩短1h20min,同时提高了内衬的使用寿命,经实践证明出钢口管砖的使用寿命提高至300次左右。

Firstly,two kinds of common repairing methods for tap hole are introduced,and the defects of the two methods are analyzed from the mechanism.On this basis,a new kind of repairing material for tap hole is prepared and the physical and chemical indexes are analyzed.The practical application is carried out in the field.The results show that the new type material has good fluidity and high temperature sintering performance,not only shortens the replacement time of tap hole pipe brick by 1 hour and 20 minutes,but also improves the service life of inner lining.It is proved by practice that the service life of steel pipe brick is increased to about 300 times.
