摘要
本文对体育教师专业发展进行了研究综述,主要围绕体育教师专业发展的概念、体育教师专业发展的内涵、体育教师专业发展的现状、影响体育教师专业发展的因素、体育教师专业发展途径等主题进行研究分析,发现了很多概念研究都是延续教师专业发展,没有具体到体育教师的实际,现状调查没有指出体育教师专业发展水平到底是处于什么状态,并且研究数量总体偏少、研究深度不够和缺少结合时代背景的分析。总结出,我国目前对体育教师专业发展的研究趋势,指出未来教师专业发展的视角将更加多元、内容更加丰富。
This paper reviews the professional development of Physical Education teachers, mainly focusing on its concept, connotation, current situation, the influencing factors, and the ways of professional development of Physical Education teachers. The research is to continue the professional development of teachers, not specific to the actual situation, the status quo survey did not point out what the level of professional development of Physical Education teachers is in, and the overall number of studies is small, the depth of research is insufficient and lack of analysis combined with the background of the times. It concludes that the current research trend of Physical Education teachers’ professional development in China, and points out that the perspective of future teachers’ professional development will be more pluralistic and rich in content.
