基于博弈论的废弃电器电子产品处理基金定价研究

Research on Pricing of Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment Fund Based on Game Theory

为研究更为合理的废弃电器电子产品基金定价,基于现行回收管理政策和典型地区规范处理企业的成本收益情况,评估了基金政策施行效果。结合当前实际,运用博弈方法分析了政府、规范处理企业、非法拆解市场在回收市场的行为,计算出了社会福利最大化目标下政府最优补贴定价。通过数据仿真可知:部分品种废弃电器电子产品的基金定价不尽合理,应适时进行调整或采取替代政策以确保基金政策实施效果,促进更多的废弃电器电子产品流入规范处理渠道。

In order to study the rational pricing of abandoned Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment(WEEE),based on the current management policy and the cost-benefit situation of typical regional enterprises,the implementation of fund policies was evaluated.Combined with the current reality,Game Theory is used to analyze the behavior of the government,the standard processing enterprise,and the illegal dismantling market in the recycling market.The optimal subsidy pricing of the government under the goal of maximizing social welfare is calculated.According to the data simulation,the fund pricing of some varieties of the WEEE is not reasonable.Adjustments should be made or alternative policies should be adopted to ensure the effectiveness of the fund policy implementation,and to promote more WEEE flow into the specification processing channel.
