五行音乐曲目及其治疗抑郁症临床应用研究

Study of five elements music tracks and their clinical application in the treatment of depression

五行音乐以中医基础理论为指导,与五脏、五志相结合,临床应用范围广泛,在治疗抑郁症方面有着独特疗效。因为五行音乐调式主音和风格的不同,主治及代表曲目各不相同。在检索文献时发现,一些相同的曲目在不同的文献中常被归属在不同的调式中。曲目调式的不统一,为临床选曲造成了困难。文章查阅相关文献,将临床上应用的五行音乐曲目进行了汇总,对有争议的曲目进行了调式的重新分类,论证了五行音乐治疗抑郁症的临床疗效,对五行音乐应用中存在的问题进行了剖析并展望了其发展方向。

The five elements music which combined with five zang and five zhi is guided by the basic theory of TCM. It can be widely applied in clinic, and has an unique effect in the treatment of depression. Because of five elements music’s different tonic and style, its main therapeutic effects and representative tracks are also different. In the process of searching literature, we found the same tracks were often assigned to different tunes in different literatures. A disputed classification caused difficulties for clinical selection. In this paper, five elements music tracks used in clinical work are summarized, and the tracks of the disputed tunes were reclassified. We used clinical cases to demonstrate the clinical efficacy of five elements music therapy for depression. Meanwhile the problems in the application were analyzed and the direction of its development were prospected.
