钼靶摄影中微钙化在乳腺癌诊断中的价值分析 被引量:4

摘要 目的分析钼靶摄影中微钙化在乳腺癌诊断中的临床价值。方法选取62例2016年12月~2018年12月在我院治疗的乳腺癌患者,对其临床资料进行回顾性的分析,本组患者均经手术或者穿刺活检后被证实为乳腺癌,对本组患者均行钼靶摄影诊断,发现本组患者均出现乳腺微钙化,对本组患者乳腺钙化颗粒的特征、钙化与肿块和病理分型的关系等进行详细的分析。结果本组患者乳腺钙化的主要形态有:泥沙样、针尖样、小杆样、小叉状、团簇样钙化,钙化特征以等密度、低密度为主,且钙化周围多伴有晕征;本组患者中有53例患者微小钙化的数目超过5枚/cm3,其余9例患者钙化的数量比较少,并且比较分散。本组中最多的为浸润性导管癌,并且其钙化率也最高,主要为泥沙样或者针尖样。本组患者中26例为单纯钙化,24例为结节内钙化,12例为结节外钙化。结论钼靶摄影中微钙化颗粒X线的表现情况对乳腺癌的诊断具有非常重要的价值。 Objective To analyze the clinical value of micro-calcification in the diagnosis of breast cancer in molybdenum target photography.Methods Sixty-two patients with breast cancer who were treated in our hospital from December 2016 to December 2018 were selected and their clinical data were retrospectively analyzed.The patients were confirmed to have breast cancer after surgery or biopsy.They all underwent the diagnosis of molybdenum target photography and they were found to havemicro-calcification of the breast.The characteristics of the calcified granules of the breast and the relationship between calcification and the mass and pathological type of the patients were analyzed in detail.Results The main forms of breast calcificationof those patients weresediment-like,needlelike,small rod-like,small fork-like,cluster-like calcification.The characteristics of calcification were mainly isodense and low density,and the calcification was accompanied by halo sign.The number of micro-calcifications in 53 patients was more than 5/cm3.The other9 patients had fewer calcifications and calcificationswere more scattered.Invasive ductal carcinoma was the most in these patients,and calcification rate was the highest.They were mainly sediment-like or needle-like.26 patients had simple calcification,24 patients had nodular calcification and 12 patients had nodular calcification.Conclusion The X-rayappearance of micro-calcification particlesin molybdenum target photography is of great value for the diagnosis of breast cancer.
