全程陪伴式护理对初产妇分娩应激反应和妊娠结局的影响

Effect of Whole-Course Accompanying Nursing on the Labor Stress Response and Pregnancy Outcome of Primipara

目的探讨全程陪伴式护理对初产妇分娩应激反应和妊娠结局影响。方法选取我院100例初产妇,随机分为两组各50例。对照组产妇采取传统护理模式,观察组产妇在对照组基础上实施全程陪伴式护理。比较两组的生理应激反应指标、心理应激反应指标及妊娠结局。结果观察组产妇的血压不平稳率、心率不平稳率均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组护理后的SAS评分与SDS评分均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的剖宫产率、难产率、产后出血率、新生儿窒息率均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论全程陪伴式护理能够有效降低初产妇分娩的生理和心理应激反应程度,有利于妊娠结局的改善。

Objective To explore the effect of whole-course accompanying nursing on the labor stress response and pregnancy outcome of primipara.Methods 100 cases of primipara in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups equally.The control group received traditional nursing mode,and the observation group received whole-course accompanying nursing on the basis of control group.The indicators of physiological stress response,indicators of psychological stress response and pregnancy outcome were compared between two groups.Results The rate of blood pressure instability and the rate of heart rate instability of observation group were significantly lower than those of control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the SAS and SDS scores of observation group were significantly lower than those of control group(P<0.05).The cesarean section rate,dystocia rate,postpartum hemorrhage rate and neonatal asphyxia rate of observation group were significantly lower than those of control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Whole-course accompanying nursing can effectively reduce the degree of physiological and psychological stress response of primipara during delivery,and is conducive to the improvement of pregnancy outcome.
