摘要
以某型磁悬浮鼓风机为研究对象,对某不同流量工况下的效率、压比等性能参数进行了数值模拟,并通过试验测试,对数值模拟方法的有效性及结果的准确性进行了验证。研究结果表明:半开式叶轮叶顶间隙对效率有明显的影响,且存在敏感间隙区域,可在敏感区域内选择实际装配间隙值,既保证安全又保证效率;扩压器、蜗壳等静止部件效率损失使整机效率比叶轮效率降低约7%,降低静止部件的效率损失可作为提高整机效率的另一个途径。
To verify the validity of the numerical simulation method and the accuracy of experimental tests,the performance parameters of efficiency and pressure ratio under different flow conditions for magnetic suspension blower were numerically simulated.The results show that the tip clearance of the semi-open impeller has a significant effect on the efficiency,and there is a sensitive tip clearance range.The actual assembly tip clearance value can be selected in the sensitive range to ensure safety and efficiency.The loss of static components such as diffuser and volute causes the overall efficiency to be reduced by about 7%compared with the efficiency of the impeller.Reducing the loss of static components can be another way to improve the efficiency of the blower.
