摘要
为了解决在PLC实验课程中出现的学生缺乏对PLC感性认识,学习只是纸上谈兵的问题,设计了一种应用在PLC实验教学中的煤矿输煤系统控制方式对比实验箱。设计的该教学实验箱体现了课程大纲的要求,将电源、可编程控制器、继电器控制器、模拟量输入输出模块、运动控制模块、人机界面模块等有机地组合在一起构成控制系统,模拟煤矿输煤系统进行控制系统的演示,可以实现在煤矿输煤系统中不同控制器控制效果的对比。最后通过示范三级传送带模拟煤矿输煤系统进行控制系统的演示,学生可以直观地了解PLC的应用,从而深入地掌握PLC的原理。
In order to solve the problem that the students in the PLC experiment course lack the perceptual knowledge of the PLC,and the study is only paper,a coal mine coal conveying system control mode of PLC experiment teaching comparative experiment box is designed to be used in PLC experiment teaching.According to the requirement of the programmable logical controller principle course outline,the power supply,programmable controller,the relay controller,analog input and output module,motor control module,man-machine module and so on are organically combined together to form a kind of experiment system in order to compare the different controller to the control effect of coal conveying system in combination with the characteristics of the coal conveying system.Through demonstration of the level 3 belt simulation control system of coal mine coal conveying system,the students can intuitively understand the applications of the PLC and understand and master the principle and application of PLC more profoundly.
