马克思择业观对大学生就业价值取向的启示

Revelation of Marxist View of Employment to College Students’ Value Orientation

新时代大学生就业价值取向总体呈现积极的变化趋势,表现在主体意识觉醒、思想观念更新、价值取向多元和职业准备完善。但也出现功利主义倾向严重、个人本位思想凸显、盲目从众心理突出、契约规则意识弱化等现象。针对这些问题,基于马克思职业选择观提出严肃认真择业,摒弃功利主义;正确认识自我,清除感性色彩;主动适应形势,打破陈旧观念;树立崇高理想,批判个人本位的就业价值取向。

College students in the new era show a general tendency towards positive value orientation in career choice with awakened subject consciousness,changed ideas,plural values and solid preparation.However,there is also serious utilitarianism,individualism and blind conformity.College students also show a weak sense of the rules of engagement.It is necessary to spread the Marxist view of employment,which stresses self understanding,active adaptation and lofty ideals and discourages utilitarianism,emotionalism and individualism.
