外关穴和五虎穴进行穴位按摩对晚期肺癌患者化疗致周围神经炎的临床效果分析

Clinical Effect of Acupoint Massage on Peripheral Neuritis Caused by Chemotherapy in Patients with Advanced Lung Cancer

目的 观察外关穴和五虎穴进行穴位按摩对晚期肺癌患者化疗致周围神经炎的临床效果.方法 该院2018年3月—2019年3月收治的54例晚期肺癌化疗致周围神经炎患者为该次研究对象,按照是否行外关穴和五虎穴穴位按摩将所有患者分为对照组(27例:未行外关穴和五虎穴穴位按摩)与实验组(27例:行外关穴和五虎穴穴位按摩),比较两组患者预后情况.结果 实验组治疗四周后疾病控制率以及患者对临床干预满意度等相关观察项目均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 晚期肺癌化疗致周围神经炎患者外关穴和五虎穴穴位按摩治疗效果明显优于未行外关穴和五虎穴穴位按摩而行常规药物治疗效果.

Objective To observe the clinical effect of acupoint massage at Waiguan point and Wuhu point on peripheral neuropathy induced by chemotherapy in patients with advanced lung cancer. Methods From March 2018 to March 2019,54 patients with peripheral neuropathy caused by chemotherapy for advanced lung cancer were enrolled in this study.According to whether or not to perform acupoint massage at Waiguan point and Wuhu point, all patients were divided into control group(27 cases) and experimental group(27 cases). The prognosis of the two groups was compared. Results After 4 weeks of treatment, the disease control rate and the satisfaction of the patients with clinical intervention in the experimental group were also discussed. The related observation items were better than those in the control group,the differen ce was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The effect of acupoint massage at Waiguan point and Wuhu point in patients with peripheral neuropathy caused by chemotherapy of advanced lung cancer is obviously better than that of routine drug therapy without acupoint massage at Waiguan point and Wuhu point.
