中美贸易摩擦升级对大陆台商的影响及建议

Analysis of the Influence of Sino-US Trade Friction Upgrade on Taiwan Enterprises in Chinese Mainland

始于2018年的中美贸易摩擦正在改变原有的国际分工模式和产业链构成,在全球范围内对中美及世界经济产生长期影响。通过对中美贸易摩擦不断升级的深层次原因、演变过程与趋势的梳理和判断,以及对大陆台商所受影响和应对策略的实地调查研究得出:中美贸易摩擦会长期存在;不同台资企业对中美贸易摩擦的应对能力不同,中国大陆仍是各类型台资企业的主要生存依靠;大型台企为应对冲击会增加海外产能,但仍以大陆产能为主;中小台企无法通过产能外移应对冲击,需要依赖大陆市场;全球产业链重构孕育新的商机,大陆为台企提供更多发展机遇。

The Sino-US trade friction,which began in 2018,is changing the original international division of labor model and industrial chain composition,which has a long-term impact on China and the United States and the world economy on a global scale. This paper analyzes the deep causes of the escalating trade friction between China and the United States,and makes a field investigation on the influence of Taiwan businessmen and their strategies to deal with them. The main conclusion is: different enterprises have different coping ability with Sino-US trade friction,but Chinese mainland is almost still the survival dependence of all kinds of Taiwan Residents enterprises in the Chinese mainland. Large-scale enterprises in response to the impact will increase overseas production capacity,but still focus on mainland production capacity;Small and medium-sized Taiwan enterprises cannot cope with the impact through capacity migration,relying more on the mainland market;The reconstruction of global industrial chain could foster new business opportunities,that is,China will provide more opportunities for Taiwan enterprises in the future process.
