肠道菌群与血管疾病的相关性及中药干预研究进展 被引量:9

Research Progress of Traditional Chinese Medicine in the Prevention and Treatment of Vascular Diseases by Regulating Gut Microbiota

摘要 肠道菌群作为人体的天然屏障,对维持机体健康至关重要。研究发现,肠道菌群失调通过影响脂质和胆固醇代谢、免疫炎症反应、氧化应激反应、自主神经系统等途径参与血管疾病的发生发展。中药通过改善肠道菌群防治血管疾病已成为研究焦点。本文从肠道菌群影响动脉粥样硬化、高血压等血管疾病的分子机制、中药调节肠道菌群干预血管疾病等方面进行综述,以期为防治血管疾病中药的深入研究和以肠道菌群为靶点的创新中药的开发提供新的思路。 Gut microbiota,as the natural barrier of human body,is essential to maintain human health.Gut microbiota disorder contributes to the pathogenesis of vascular diseases via regulating lipid and cholesterol metabolism,immune inflammation,oxidative stress,and autonomic nervous system.The prevention and treatment of vascular diseases by improving gut microbiota of traditional Chinese medicine have become a hot topic in life science.This paper reviewed the molecular mechanism of gut microbiota regulating vascular diseases such as atherosclerosis and hypertension,and the intervention of gut microbiota in vascular diseases by traditional Chinese medicine.Therefore,it provides new ideas for the further study of traditional Chinese medicine for the prevention and treatment of vascular diseases and the development of innovative targets of traditional Chinese medicine on gut microbiota.
