摘要 从区域自动气象站维修分析和运行保障建议、现场核查分析与建议等方面评估闽北丘陵山地自动气象观测站运行效能,达到有针对性的指导区域站业务运行保障工作。基于分类统计、充分分析闽北近5年750站·次区域自动气象站维护维修实例,统计分析闽北90个区域站现场核查实况数据基础上,结合近十年的装备保障和运维管理经验,分析统计电源、主板(采集器)、通信、传感器和线缆故障占比,及各具体故障部件占比和故障现象,给出各故障处理方法和有针对性的运行保障建议,对各传感器主要超差原因和维修调校进行分析,最终达到对闽北丘陵山地自动气象观测站运行效能的评估,并将其指导实际业务运行保障工作。区域站运行效能评估对自动气象站建设和保障有很好的应用价值,达到全面提升区域气象站的保障能力和效率。同时,为国内气象同仁在区域自动气象站运行校能评估方面的研究提供参考价值。 This paper evaluates the operational efficiency of the automatic meteorological observatory in Hilly and mountainous areas of northern Fujian from the aspects of maintenance analysis and operation support suggestions,on-site verification analysis and suggestions,so as to guide the operational support work of the regional meteorological observatory.Based on classified statistics and full analysis of 750stations in north Fujian in recent five years,maintenance examples of sub-regional automatic weather stations,statistical analysis of field verification data of 90regional stations in north Fujian,combined with equipment support and maintenance management experience in recent ten years,statistical power supply,motherboard(collector),communication,sensor and cable faults are analyzed.Proportion,and the proportion of specific failure components and failure phenomena,The fault treatment methods and corresponding operational support suggestions are given.The main reasons for the sensor overshoot and maintenance adjustment are analyzed.Finally,the operational efficiency of the automatic meteorological observatory in Hilly and mountainous areas of northern Fujian is evaluated,and it will guide the actual operational support work.The evaluation of operational effectiveness of regional meteorological stations has a good application value for the construction and support of automatic weather stations,so as to improve the support capacity and efficiency of regional meteorological stations in an all-round way.At the same time,it provides reference value for domestic meteorological colleagues in the evaluation of the operational calibration of regional automatic weather stations.
