皮肤僵硬综合征1例

A Case Report of Stiff Skin Syndrome

患儿男,27月龄,双臀部、腹部、腰部、双下肢皮肤淡红斑,硬化,多毛9个月。皮损组织病理示:真皮全层成纤维细胞及胶原增生,无炎症细胞浸润;阿新蓝染色阴性。诊断:皮肤僵硬综合征。

A 27-months-old boy presented pale red patch skin stiffness and mild hypertrichosis on the bilateral hips,the abdomen,the lumbar region and the bilateral legs for nine months.Histological examination showed an increase in the number and diameter of collagen fibers in the dermis without infiltration of inflammatory cells.Staining of Alcian blue was negative.The diagnosis was stiff skin syndrome.
