Solution and Realizing Path of the Overall Problem of Intelligent Aged Care Service

当前我国智慧养老服务的总体问题是供给总量不足和供需结构性矛盾,并由此形成智慧化养老服务供给侧结构性改革的紧迫性。为了以问题为导向,解决智慧养老服务研究领域的碎片化困境,基于全局性最优协同的视角,探究了智慧养老服务问题的破解思路与实现路径,同时构建了全局性协同的智慧养老服务模式,包括智慧养老服务顶层模式建立、平台机制运行、仿真模拟及评价优化等方面,从整体上为老龄科学及养老服务学术研究领域提供一个全新的理论分析框架,为优化资源配置、创新养老服务理念、提高公共管理和服务水平提供了思路。

At present, the overall problem of intelligent aged service in our country is the shortage of supply and structural contradiction of supply and demand, and therefore the urgency of the supply side reform of intelligent aged service is formed. In order to solve the problem of fragmentation in the research field of intelligent aged service, based on the perspective of overall optimal coordination, this paper explores the solution and realization path of the problems, and at the same time establishes the model of intelligent aged service with overall coordination including the establishment of a top-level model, the operation of platforms, simulation and evaluation and optimization, etc. It provides a completely new theoretical and analytical framework for the academic research in the field of aging science and aged services and ideas for optimizing resource allocation, innovating the concept of aged service and improving public management and service level.
