大型公立医院呼吸专科日间病房管理模式探索

Day-care ward management mode in respiratory medicine department of a large public hospital

目的探索大型公立医院呼吸专科日间病房的管理模式。方法收集2014年4月至2019年3月总计5年的呼吸专科日间病房运行相关数据,评价指标包括收治患者人数、床位使用率、收治病种以及患者满意度等。结果在5年运作期内,总计收治3885例患者,总床位使用率为44.4%,收治病种排名前3位为肿瘤患者的评估、一日化疗及肺部阴影的鉴别诊断。5年平均患者满意率为96.5%。结论在大型综合性医院呼吸专科实施日间病房管理模式有助于提升医疗服务质量和效率。

Objective To explore the management mode of day-care ward of respiratory medicine department in a large public hospital.Methods Data were collected from the performance record of day-care ward of respiratory medicine department during the five-year period from April 2014 to March 2019.The evaluation indicators included the number of patients admitted,bed occupancy rate,disease category,and patient satisfaction.Results During the 5-year period,a total of 3885 patients were admitted and the total bed occupancy rate was 44.4%.The top three diagnosis and treatment types were:assessment of tumor patients,chemotherapy,and differential diagnosis of lung shadows in imaging.The average 5-year patient satisfaction rate was 96.5%.Conclusions The application of the management mode of day-care ward of respiratory medicine department in a large public hospital helps to increase the quality and efficiency of medical services.
