摘要
近几年,随着我国特殊医学用途配方食品的相关法律规范的不断发布,我国特医食品行业得到迅速发展,对特医食品的研究也具有了更加实用的价值。文章以《特殊医学用途配方食品通则》(GB 29922-2013)为依据,对特医食品三个分类概念作出解释,详述了国家每一阶段的相关法律规范及其作用,在众多研究的基础上,着重对已进入我国市场的特医食品分类举例,列举了产品配料和营养数据,对这一领域目前的研究进行了总结和拓展,也为之后更多的产品研究提供资料。
In recent years,with the release of the relevant laws and regulations of Food for Special Medical Purposes in China,the industry of Food for Special Medical Purposes in China has been developed rapidly,and the research on Food for Special Medical Purposes has more practical value.Based on the General principles of Food for Special Medical Purposes(GB29922-2013),this paper gives an explanation of the three classification concepts of Food for Special Medical Purposes,and details the relevant legal norms and their functions in each stage of the country.On the basis of many studies,the classification examples of Food for Special Medical Purposes that have entered the market in China are emphasized.The product ingredients and nutrition data are listed.The current research in this field is summarized and expanded.To provide information for more product research in the future.
