面向“双一流”建设的江苏省本科高校馆藏图书资源配置现状分析

Current Situation of Library Resources Allocation in Colleges and Universities in Jiangsu Province:An Analysis Oriented to "Double First-class" Construction

[目的/意义]梳理2017年度"江苏省高校图书馆事业发展统计与决策服务系统"中的填报数据,展现和分析江苏省本科高校图书馆藏建设现状,思考面向"双一流"建设的高校图书馆文献资源建设策略。[方法/过程]采用分层统计法,分别统计江苏省"一流高校"、"一流学科建设高校"和"普通本科高校"图书馆的图书资源购置经费和总量配置情况,分析各类高校的图书资源建设特点。[结果/结论 ]"双一流"建设背景下,高校图书馆的文献资源建设应面向"双一流"建设,以学科建设为中心,优化文献资源保障体系;结合学科评价工作,提高文献资源使用绩效;文献资源建设适应图书馆空间转型需求。

[Purpose/significance] The present article sorts out the data reported and submitted in "Jiangsu University Library Development Statistics and Decision-making Service System" in 2017, presents and analyzes the current situation of library collection construction of colleges and universities in Jiangsu province, and reflects on developing the collection resources in university libraries for the construction of double first-class universities. [Method/process] Through stratified statistics method, this paper analyzes the characteristics of book resources construction in various colleges and universities according to the statistical data of book resources acquisition funds and the total allocation of libraries in the "first-class colleges and universities", the "firstclass discipline construction colleges and universities" and the "general undergraduate colleges and universities" in Jiangsu province. [Result/conclusion] Under the background of "double first-class" construction, the literature resource construction of university libraries should be centered on the disciplinary construction and optimize the literature resource guarantee system. It should adapt to the needs of library space transformation and improve the performance of document resources by combining the subject evaluation.
