摘要
针对沿空切顶卸压留巷巷道受断层影响大变形、无法进行常规支护等问题,对巷道表面位移、顶板离层进行监测,得到巷道围岩破碎后变形规律和围岩结构情况;并根据工程需求研发一种以新型无机注浆材料和注浆工艺为核心的层次注浆技术,对留巷巷道进行注浆加固治理。工程实践结果表明:经过层次注浆加固后,围岩变形得到快速控制,顶板下沉量控制在25mm之内,顶板离层量仅为2mm左右;顶板淋水问题得到解决,围岩裂隙得到有效充填加固,留巷巷道变形进入稳定阶段,能够满足后期使用要求。
Aiming at the large deformation leading to support difficulty in gob-side entry formed by roof cuting pressure relief,which is caused by faults,roadway surface displacement and roof separation monitoring are used to obtain the deformation law and surrounding rock structure after the roadway surrounding rock is broken. According to the engineering requirements,a new type layered grouting technology based on inorganic grouting material and grouting technology is proposed for grouting reinforcement of the retained roadway. The engineering practice results show that after the layered grouting reinforcement,the surrounding rock deformation is quickly controlled,the roof subsidence is within 25 mm,and the roof separation is about 2 mm;the roof watering problem is solved, and the surrounding rock fissure is effectively filled and consolidated, the roadway deformation becomes stable and which can meet the requirements for following service.
