摘要
[目的/意义]在“互联网+”环境以及提升高校创新能力、支撑高校“双一流”建设的背景下,调研我国102所拥有教育部科技查新工作站的高校图书馆知识产权信息服务的现状并分析其存在的问题,以期提高其适应新环境、利用新技术服务于广大用户的水平。[方法/过程]利用网络访问法、文献调研法、电话访谈法、QQ咨询以及专家咨询法,对我国102所拥有教育部科技查新站的高校图书馆知识产权信息服务的开展情况进行调查,基于调研数据分析现阶段存在的问题,并就“互联网+”环境下如何开展知识产权信息服务提出相应的建议。[结果/结论]我国高校图书馆可利用“互联网+”理念,从以下方面对知识产权信息服务予以改进:完善制度保障、强化服务的互动宣传、构建知识产权“一站式”服务平台、形成统一的业务规范与服务标准、加强人才队伍建设。
[Purpose/significance]In the environment of "Internet+" and underthe background of improving universitiesJ capabilities of innovation and supporting on the development of "double first class"universities,the paper aims at investigating and analyzing the current situation and existing problems of intellectual property information service in 102 universitylibrarieswithsci-tech novelty search station,to improve their capabilities of adapting in new environment and serving the clients with new technologies.[Method/process]Through the methods of online research,literature research,telephone interviews,QQ consulting and experts consulting,this paper investigatedthe present situation of intellectual property information service in 102 universitylibrariesin China with sci-tech novelty search station,analyzed the existing problems based on theinvestigation data,and put forward the corresponding suggestions on how to provide intellectual property information service in the environment of u Internet+M.[Result/conclusion]Based on the theory of Internet+,the university libraries could perfect the service from the following aspects,such as improving the system guarantee,strengtheningthe interactive publicity of service,establishingthe platform of“One-Stop”intellectual property service,unifyingoperation specifications and service standards,strengtheningthe construction of talented team.
