随着数字化、信息化时代的不断发展,发展大数据日益成为国家经济技术创新发展的需要。工会作为联系党和群众的桥梁和纽带,肩负着密切联系、服务广大职工群众的重要使命,也需要紧跟时代发展的步伐、运用大数据提升工会工作。本文通过对大数据思维模式的运用与工会工作深度融合的探索,提出了通过大数据总结经验、发现规律、预测趋势,从而提升工会工作的科学性、准确性、及时性的方式方法。

With the continuous development of digital and information age,the development of big data has increasingly become the need of national economic and technological innovation and development.As a bridge and link between the party and the masses,trade unions shoulder the important mission of serving the masses of workers.They also need to keep up with the pace of the development of the times and use big data to enhance the level of trade union work.Through the exploration of the deep integration of big data thinking mode with the trade union work,this paper puts forward the ways and means of summing up the experience,discovering the law and predicting the trend through big data,so as to improve the scientific,accuracy and timeliness of the trade union work.
