依那普利联合体外反搏治疗在冠心病支架术后患者康复中的应用效果

Application effect of Enalapril combined with external counterpulsation in rehabilitation of patients with coronary heart disease after stent operation

目的探讨依那普利联合体外反搏治疗在冠心病(CHD)支架术后患者康复中的应用效果。方法选取2017年6月~2019年3月我院CHD支架术后106例患者,按照随机数字表法分为研究组(n=53)和对照组(n=53)。对照组在常规治疗基础上采取体外反搏,研究组于对照组基础上采取依那普利。比较两组心电图效果、治疗前后左心室射血分数(LVEF)、C反应蛋白(CRP)及同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)水平。结果研究组总有效率(94.34%)高于对照组(81.13%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗1个月后LVEF均高于治疗前,且研究组高于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗1个月后CRP及Hcy均低于治疗前,且研究组低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论联合采取体外反搏及依那普利治疗CHD支架术后患者,可有效降低血清CRP及Hcy水平,改善患者心功能,利于提升疾病整体治疗效果。

Objective To explore the effect of Enalapril combined with external counterpulsation on rehabilitation of patients with coronary artery disease(CHD)after stenting.Methods From June 2017 to March 2019,106 patients with CHD after stenting in our hospital were selected and divided into study group(n=53)and control group(n=53)according to random number table method.On the basis of conventional treatment,the control group was treated with external counterpulsation,and the study group was treated with Enalapril on the basis of the control group.The electrocardiographic effect,left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),C-reactive protein(CRP)and homocysteine(Hcy)levels before and after treatment were compared.Results The total effective rate of the study group(94.34%)was higher than that of the control group(81.13%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After one month of treatment,the LVEF of the two groups was higher than that before treatment,and which in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);after one month of treatment,the CRP and Hcy of the two groups were lower than that before treatment,and which in the study group was lower than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion External counterpulsation combined with Enalapril in the treatment of patients with CHD after stent surgery can effectively reduce the level of serum CRP and Hcy,improve the cardiac function of patients,and improve the overall therapeutic effect of the disease.
