崔应麟教授运用经方辨治失眠验案三则

崔应麟教授临证论治失眠,回归经典,辨证机巧,用药精当,善于抓住主症兼顾次症,从而紧扣病机。实以祛邪,虚以补之,标本兼顾,以经为基,巧施化裁,效如桴鼓。笔者随师待诊,归纳出崔应麟教授临床诊治失眠特征:辨清虚实择安神、养血重镇需分清、化痰开窍晰理法、行气活血助疗效、肝肾滋补标本兼等,既体现辨证论治,又诠释整体观念。兹遴选吾师论治失眠验案三则,分别运用归脾汤、酸枣仁汤、温胆汤化裁施治,疗效显著,助患者摆脱西药依赖,解决失眠困扰。

Professor Cui Yinglin used evidence to discuss treatment of insomnia,returning to classic treatments,and dialectical flexibility,while the use of drugs is subtle and appropriate.At the same time,the professor is good at grasping the main symptoms,and taking into account the secondary diseases,so as to closely follow the patients′disease mechanism.The professor treats the evidence with the method of stagnation and evil,while treats the deficiency syndrome with the method of supplementation,taking into account the appearance and nature of the disease,and based on meridians.According to the patient′s different conditions,he ingeniously increases or decreases the drug based on the classic prescription,the effect is very rapid.I will follow my teacher for treatment and summarize the clinical characteristics of professor Cui Yinglin in the diagnosis and treatment of insomnia:distinguishing the deficiency and excess symptoms,choose to calm the mind,nourishing the blood of the town needs to distinguish clearly,understand the mechanism in dissipating phlegm for resuscitation,qi and blood circulation to help the effect,taking care of both tip and root in nourishing liver and kidney and so on.It not only reflects dialectical treatment,but also interprets the overall concept.I have chosen my teacher to examine the three cases of insomnia,and use the Guipi Decoction,Suanzaoren Decoction,and Wendan Decoction to treat the disease.The curative effect is significant,helping the patient to get rid of the dependence of western medicine and solve the problem of insomnia.
