摘要
目的调查分析老年科临床一线护士医院团队组织气氛感知、领悟社会支持能力及其相关性。方法运用“医院团队组织气氛调查问卷”及“领悟社会支持量表”对南通市医疗机构老年科临床一线204名护士进行调查分析。结果老年科临床一线护士医院团队组织气氛得分为(4.97±0.72)分,领悟社会支持能力得分为(69.65±10.86)分,Pearson相关性分析显示二者呈正相关(R=0.431,P<0.01)。不同年龄、工作年限、职称的老年科临床一线护士医院内团队组织气氛得分比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。不同婚姻状态的老年科临床一线护士其他支持得分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论老年科临床一线护士医院团队组织气氛感受呈较好水平,与领悟社会支持能力呈正相关,老年科护理管理者应构建良好的团队组织气氛,提升领悟社会支持能力,促进临床一线护士更好地投入工作。
Objective To investigate the analyze the relationship between perception of organizational climate and perceived social support in geriatric nurses.Methods The Perception of Organizational Climate Questionnaire and Perceived Social Support Scale were used to measure perception of organizational climate and perceived social support of 204 geriatric nurses from a medical institution in Nantong.Results The score of Perception of Organizational Climate Questionnaire was(4.97±0.72),and the score of Perceived Social Support Scale was(69.65±10.86),with a positive correlation(R=0.431,P<0.01).There was a significant difference in scores of Perception of Organizational Climate Questionnaire in nurses with different age,working year,job title(P<0.05).There was a significant difference in score of otheRsocial support in nurses with different marital status(P<0.05).Conclusion Nurses had a relatively good perception of organizational climate in this study,which was positively related to theiRperceived social support.The nursing managers should build a positive organizational climate and improve nurses’perceived social support.
