休闲农业女性人才的培养路径探析——基于利益相关者理论的思考

Analysis on the Cultivation Path of Female Talents in Leisure Agriculture—Thinking Based on Stakeholder Theory

女性作为休闲农业从业人员的主力军,其职业素养水平不仅关系到个人的发展,更影响到休闲农业的整体发展进程。结合天津地区休闲农业女性人才培养中存在的主要问题,基于利益相关者理论,根据各利益主体的权利和利益水平,建立多方联动的培养机制,深入探讨了休闲农业女性人才多模式培养的路径。

As the main force of leisure agriculture practitioners,women's professional quality is not only related to personal development,but also affects the overall development process of leisure agriculture.Combined with the main problems existing in the cultivation of female leisure agriculture talents in Tianjin,based on the stakeholder theory and according to the rights and interests of each interest subject,this paper established a multi-linkage training mechanism,and probed into the path of multi-mode cultivation of female talents for leisure agriculture.
