摘要 采用两步法制备钙钛矿太阳能电池,研究了加入聚乙二醇(PEG)对CH3NH3PbI3,MAPbI3薄膜质量及器件自修复性能的影响,同时优化了PEG浓度、MAPbI3退火温度和退火时间等工艺参数。研究表明:CH3NH3I(MAI)与PEG的摩尔比为100∶0.5、90℃退火45min时,可制备出致密、连续的MAPbI3薄膜,电池效率达11.1%。并且在高湿度环境下电池具有自修复功能,仍能够维持73%的原始效率。 A two-step method was used to prepare perovskite solar cells in this paper. Effects of polyethylene glycol(PEG) addition on the quality of perovskite films and self-healing properties of the device were studied. At the same time, PEG concentration, CH3NH3PbI3 (MAPbI3) annealing temperature and annealing time were optimized. Results indicate that when the molar ratio of CH3NH3I(MAI) to PEG is 100:0.5, the perovskite films with 90℃ annealing for 45 min are compact and continuous. The optimal solar cells have the highest power conversion efficiency of 11.1%. And in high humidity environment, the cell has a self-healing ability to maintain the original efficiency of 73%.
