普通高校毕业生就业意愿与就业满意度影响因素研究——以南昌工程学院为例 被引量:7

摘要 基于206个调查数据,运用Heckman两阶段模型,对南昌工程学院应届毕业生就业意愿与就业满意度进行实证分析。研究结果表明:被调查的学生中具有就业意愿的学生占总被调查学生人数的38.35%。其中被调查学生的性别、户籍、意愿工作区域、意愿薪水以及是否有过兼职创业经历与就业意愿有显著的相关关系,被调查学生的综合测评排名与就业意愿存在边际显著相关性;具有就业意愿毕业生的意愿就业区域、意愿雇主以及是否有担任学生干部与就业满意度有显著相关关系。 Based on 206 survey data and using Heckman two-stage model,this paper makes an empirical analysis on the employment intention and satisfaction degree of graduates of Nanchang Institute of Technology.The results show that 38.35%of the students surveyed have the desire for employment.The gender,household registration,prospective work area,willingness salary and whether they have part-time entrepreneurial experience are significantly correlated with their willingness to work.There is a marginal significant correlation between the students’comprehensive evaluation ranking and their employment intention of the students surveyed.The work area,employer’s willingness and whether they are student leaders are significantly correlated with their employment satisfaction degree.
