摘要
对复合MoO3压块自还原反应中还原剂和抑制剂抑制MoO3的升华过程进行了热力学分析,并结合热重实验研究了SiC(C)和CaO对MoO3升华的抑制效果,通过复合MoO3压块自还原实验,研究还原剂类型和配比、还原温度及CaO加入比例对MoO3压块反应后物相组成的影响。结果表明,当C(SiC)与CaO混合加入到复合MoO3压块中时,对MoO3升华的抑制效果优于只加入C(SiC)或CaO;加入C或SiC的复合MoO3压块自还原反应是一个分段式还原的过程,随着反应温度的升高,MoO3被依次还原为MoO2、Mo;同时,提高CaO的加入量,产物中CaMoO4比例提高,能更有效地抑制MoO3的升华。
The thermodynamic analysis of the sublimation process of MoO3by reducing agents and inhibitors in the self-reduction reaction of composite MoO3briquettes was carried out.The thermogravimetric experiment was conducted to study the effect of reducing agent SiC(C)and inhibitor(CaO)on inhibiting sublimation of MoO3.The briquette self-reduction experiment studied the effects of reducing agent type and ratio,reaction temperature,and CaO addition ratio on the phase composition of MoO3briquettes.The results show that when C(SiC)and CaO are mixed into the composite MoO3briquettes,the inhibition effect on MoO3sublimation is better than adding C(SiC)or CaO alone.The MoO3 was reduced by SiC or C step by step,as the reaction temperature gradually increases,MoO3is sequentially reduced to MoO2and Mo.At the same time,with the increase of the proportion of CaO,the proportion of CaMoO4in the product was increased,which effectively inhibited the sublimation of MoO3.
