摘要
在内蒙古满洲里呼伦镇的牧区雇佣关系中,畜牧业劳动力组合方式呈现多元化趋向,其中,牧区雇佣群体的出现体现了畜牧业在社会转型过程中的传统秩序和市场化二元特征。牧区雇佣关系以"约定俗成"的方式形成一种自发的秩序,成为实现社会公平的最后一道防线。
In the employment relationship in the pastoral area of Hulun Town of Manzhouli in Inner Mongolia,the labor force combination of animal husbandry tends to be diversified,and the emergence of the employment groups in the pastoral area reflects the dual characteristics of traditional order and marketization in the process of social transformation of animal husbandry. The employment relationship in pastoral areas forms a kind of spontaneous order in the way of"conventional",and becomes the last line of defense to achieve social equity.
