5105工作面煤壁破坏机理及注水防片帮技术研究

摘要 为解决5105工作面煤壁易片帮的问题,通过对煤壁破坏机理和注水防片帮原理的具体分析,决定对工作面煤壁采用注水防片帮技术,结合该工作面的具体地质条件对注水防片帮技术的各项参数进行具体设计。结果表明:工作面进行注水作业后,煤壁整体的含水率平均增长16.9%,煤壁片帮的频率降低75%,解决了煤壁易片帮的问题。 In order to solve the problem of the coal wall spalling in the 5105 working face, through the specific analysis of the coal wall failure mechanism and the principle of water injection to prevent rib spalling, it is decided to adopt the water injection and rib spalling prevention technology for the coal wall of the working face. Combined with the specific geological conditions of the 5105 working face, the parameters of the water injection and rib spalling prevention technology are specifically designed. The results show that the overall water content of the coal wall increases by 16.9% on average, and the occurrence of the coal wall spalling decreases by 75% after the water injection in the working face, which solves the problem of rib spalling.
