大采高工作面过断层深孔注浆加固技术研究 被引量:7

摘要 赵庄矿3310大采高工作面过断层时,通过关键钻探孔揭露情况进行断层分布预测和支架上抬设计,采用高强、高渗透性注浆材料,确定了合理注浆时机、注浆压力,在顺槽内进行了超前注浆加固。结果表明:平均单孔注浆量3.5t,注浆后工作面未发生冒顶,与未注浆区域相比,工作面推进速度由0.88m/d提高到2.5m/d,实现了工作面顺利过断层。 When the 3310 high working face of Zhaozhuang Mine passes through the fault, the fault distribution prediction and support lifting design are carried out through the exposure of key drilling holes. The high-strength and high permeability grouting materials are used to determine the reasonable grouting time and pressure, and the advanced grouting reinforcement is carried out in the trench. The results show that the average grouting volume of single hole is 3.5 t, and no roof fall occurs in the working face after grouting. Compared with the area without grouting, the advancing speed of the working face is increased from 0.88 m/d to 2.5 m/d, which realizes the smooth passage of the working face through the fault.
