大采高工作面搬家倒面单轨吊的选型应用

摘要 马堡煤业综采工作面设备采用一次采全高,搬家倒面是制约矿井正常安全生产的薄弱环节。工作面回撤、安装过程中,液压支架及大件整体撤出、运输、安装环节改用单轨吊运输,对大采高回采创建高产高效矿井具有推广意义。 The fully mechanized mining face equipment of Mapu Coal Industry is applied in full-seam mining. Relocating working face is the weak link affecting the production safety of the mine. In the process of withdrawal and installation of the working face, the overall withdrawal, transportation and installation of hydraulic support and large parts are carried out by means of a monorail crane, which has the promotion significance for establishing high-yield and high-efficiency mines with large mining height.
