加减黄连温胆汤对血管性痴呆大鼠氧化应激的影响

Effect of modified Huanglian Wendan Decoction on oxidative stress in vascwlar dementia rats

目的观察加减黄连温胆汤对血管性痴呆大鼠空间探索试验和大脑中氧化应激指标过氧化氢酶(CAT)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和丙二醛(MDA)的影响方法实验分为空白组、假手术组、模型组、安理申对照组、加减黄连温胆汤低剂量组、加减黄连温胆汤高剂量组,通过化学比色法测定CAT、GSH-Px、SOD和MDA活性或者含量变化。结果模型组与空白组、假手术组比较,脑组织CAT、GSH-Px、SOD的活性明显降低,MDA含量升高,均有显著性差异;中药高剂量组、中药低剂量组与模型组比较,除中药低剂量组CAT与模型组比较无明显差异外,中药高剂量组组CAT和两组GSH-Px、SOD活性升高,MDA含量下降,均具有显著性差异。结论加减黄连温胆汤能提高血管性痴呆模型大鼠CAT、GSH-Px和SOD的活性,降低MDA活性,通过抗氧化作用对血管性痴呆模型大鼠起到治疗作用。

Objective To observe the spatial exploration test of Huanglian Wendan Decoction in rats with vascular dementia and the oxidative stress indicators of catalepsy(CAT), glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px) and superoxide dismutase(SOD) and the effects of malondialdehyde(MDA).Methods The experiment was divided into blank group, sham operation group, model group, An Lishen control group, low-dose group of Huanglian Wendan Decoction, high-dose group of Huanglian Wendan Decoction, and CAT, GSH-Px by chemical colorimetry. SOD and MDA activity or content changes.Results Compared with the blank group and the sham operation group, the activity of CAT, GSH-Px and SOD in the model group was significantly decreased, and the MDA content was increased. There were significant differences. The Huanggao group and the Huanghao group were compared with the model group. There was no significant difference between the low group CAT and the model group. The activity of CAT and GSH-Px and SOD in the Huanggao group increased, and the MDA content decreased, all of which had significant differences. Conclusion Adding and subtracting Huanglian Wendan Decoction can improve the activity of CAT, GSH-Px and SOD in rats with vascular dementia, reduce the activity of MDA, and treat the rats with vascular dementia through anti-oxidation.
