摘要
针对电动车蓄电池充电过程中的监控问题,提出了一种基于CAN总线的分布式电动车蓄电池监控系统。通过对蓄电池参数的分析,确定了监控系统的总体构成、网络拓扑结构、系统硬件、软件设计。系统主要由微处理器芯片ADu C836、CAN总线控制器MCP1515、总线收发器MCP2550等构成。系统具备蓄电池在线状态检测功能,可通过监测时间、电压、温度等参数控制充电过程,直流电压、温度检测精度较高,适合分布式电动车蓄电池监控应用。
Aiming at the monitoring problem of electric bicycle battery during charging,a distributed monitoring system for electric bicycle battery based on CAN bus was proposed.Through the analysis of battery parameters,the overall composition,network topology,system hardware and software design of the monitoring system were determined.The system is mainly composed of microprocessor chip ADu C836,CAN bus controller MCP1515 and bus transceiver MCP2550.The system has the functions of on-line state detection of time,voltage,temperature and other parameters of storage battery to control the charging process.The accuracy of DC voltage and temperature detection is high,suitable for distributed electric bicycle battery monitoring application.
