安徽省新能源产业竞争力评价研究——基于AHP+改进的模糊综合评价法

Evaluation of Competitiveness for the New Energy Industry in Anhui Province: Based on AHP and Improved Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation

构建新能源产业竞争力综合评价指标体系,运用层次分析法确定各指标权重,并利用改进的模糊综合评价模型对安徽省新能源产业竞争力进行综合评价。结果表明,安徽省新能源汽车产业竞争力较强,其次为太阳能产业和风能产业,最后是生物质能产业。根据研究结果针对性地提出了对策和建议。

In this paper,a comprehensive evaluation system of new energy industry competitiveness is constructed,which uses analytic hierarchy process(AHP) to determine the weight of each index,and applies the improved fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model to comprehensively evaluate the competitiveness of new energy industry in Anhui Province. The results show that the new energy automobile industry in Anhui Province has strong competitive edge,followed by the solar energy and the wind energy industry,and the biomass energy as the last one. According to the research results, the countermeasures and suggestions are proposed to solve the specific problems.
