油气处理站场风险分级管控的应用研究

Application Research on Risk Grading Management and Control for Oil and Gas Processing Station

为解决企业风险分级管控建设和运行中的难点和疑惑,推进分级管控工作的落地,文章通过油气处理站场部分现场实例的应用研究,明晰了风险分级管控各关键环节之间的关系,基于现有企业运行管理模式的特点,提出分级管控逻辑决断原则,有效促进管控责任的落实,提高了风险分级管控的可操作性和实效性,真正实现了风险预控、遏制事故发生的目的,同时期望为相关企业或单位的风险分级管控工作提供一些参考和借鉴。

In order to solve the difficulties and doubts of risk grading management and control in the construction and operation of enterprise,and promote the enforcement effectiveness of grading management and control,through the application study of some on-site examples of oil and gas processing stations,this paper is proposed to clarify the relationship between the key links of risk grading management and control,and determine the logical decision principle of risk grading management and control based on the characteristics of the existing enterprise operation and management mode,which promote effectively the implementation of management and control responsibility,and improve the operability and effectiveness of risk grading management and control.The result of risk grading management and control really plays the role of risk precontrol and containment of accidents.At the same time,it is expected to provide some reference for the risk grading management and control work of relevant enterprises or units.
