摘要
脂肪干细胞(adipose-derived stem cells,ADSCs)是从脂肪组织中分离得到的一种具有多向分化潜能的成体干细胞,在不同的诱导因子作用下,可以向脂肪细胞、软骨细胞、肌细胞、血管内皮细胞、神经细胞、表皮细胞及胰岛细胞分化。ADSCs的这些分化潜能,可被应用于美容整形和多种疾病的临床治疗。近年来,随着其研究深度的增加,ADSCs应用的范围也越来越广。本文就ADSCs的分离培养、分化及其应用进展进行综述。
Adipose-derived stem cells(ADSCs) are a kind of adult stem cells with multiple differentiation potential, which were isolated from adipose tissue. ADSCs can differentiate into adipocytes, chondrocytes, myocytes, vascular endothelial cells, neurons,epidermal cells and islet cells under specific differentiation conditions. These differentiation potentials of ADSCs can be applied in aesthetic and plastic surgery and clinical treatment of various diseases. This paper reviews the isolation, culture, differentiation and application of ADSCs.
