二倍体马铃薯花粉离体萌发条件的筛选 被引量:6

Screening of Conditions for Diploid Potato Pollen Germination in Vitro

摘要 以二倍体马铃薯E172的新鲜花粉为材料,研究不同温度、不同硼酸及蔗糖浓度对E172花粉离体萌发的影响,探究其花粉在不同条件下体外萌发的情况.结果表明:二倍体马铃薯花粉萌发适宜的培养温度为28℃,最适宜的蔗糖浓度是17%,硼酸浓度是100 mg/L,其萌发率最高可达70.97%. Fresh pollen of diploid potato E172 was used as materials to elucidate the effects of temperatures and concentrations of boric acid and sucrose on pollen germination in vitro and to investigate pollen germination in vitro under different conditions.The results showed that the optimum culture temperature for pollen germination of diploid potato was 28℃,and the optimum sucrose concentration was 17%,and boric acid concentration was 100 mg/L.Under the optimum culture condition,the germination rate was up to 70.97%.These results laid a foundation for the study on the physiological characteristics of diploid potato E172.
