双永磁轮非接触直线驱动装置的磁力特性分析 被引量:2

摘要 双永磁轮非接触直线驱动装置中,永磁驱动轮与铁质导轨齿条之间不存在直接的表面接触,是一种依靠永磁力进行长距离直线传动的磁力传动装置。永磁驱动轮旋转动力由伺服电机提供,依靠永磁体与铁质导轨齿条凸齿之间的磁力作用实现装置的直线驱动。利用有限元分析软件Ansoft Maxwell对驱动装置进行了水平驱动力和竖直干扰力的仿真分析,并对磁力特性实验结果与有限元仿真结果进行了对比,结果表明:实验结果与仿真结果的磁力特性变化趋势基本相同,可以实现驱动装置连续而平稳的前进驱动。 In the non-contact linear drive device of the double permanent magnet wheel,the permanent magnet drive wheel does not have direct surface contact with the iron guide rack,and is a magnetic transmission device that performs long-distance linear transmission by means of permanent magnet force.The rotational power of the permanent magnet drive wheel is provided by the servo motor,and the linear drive of the device is realized by the magnetic force between the permanent magnet and the iron guide rack tooth.The finite element analysis software Ansoft Maxwell was used to simulate the horizontal driving force and the vertical interference force of the driving device.The magnetic property test and the finite element simulation result were compared and verified.The results show that the trend of the magnetic properties of the experimental results and the simulation results are basically the same,and the continuous and smooth forward drive of the driving device can be realized.
