摘要
为降低风扇叶尖速度对低压压气机、低压涡轮的转速限制,GTF发动机在低压压气机与风扇之间设有一个采用五路分流人字齿星型轮系的风扇驱动齿轮箱。根据某型GTF发动机风扇驱动齿轮箱的结构特点,采用FAG滚动轴承手册中轴承计算公式及Anderson-Loewenthal计算方法对齿轮箱的传动效率进行计算,并分析不同工况下齿轮箱传动效率的变化趋势;之后分析了供油温度对传动效率、齿轮摩擦功率损失、风阻损失及轴承功率损失的影响。
For the purpose of decreasing the limitation on rotational speed of low pressure compressor(LPC)and low pressure turbine(LPT)from tip speed limitation of fan blades,a fan drive gear system(FDGS)with five-branch-power-split herringbone star gear configuration was installed between fan shaft and LPC.According to the structure characteristics of a certain type of GTF engine fan drive gearbox,the bearing calculation formula of the FAG rolling bearing manual and the Anderson-Loewenthal calculation method are used to calculate the transmission efficiency of the gearbox.The variation trend of gearbox transmission efficiency under different working conditions is analyzed,and the influence of oil supply temperature on transmission efficiency,gear friction power loss,windage loss and bearing power loss is analyzed.
