摘要 为了研究路面铺装透水混凝土渗透性能的微观机理,开展微米CT扫描得到混凝土试样的二维图像和三维孔隙网络模型,并对孔隙的分布特征进行了统计分析。结果表明:透水混凝土试样内部孔隙网络发育,孔隙体积分数为9.51%;孔隙尺寸分布范围广泛,由等效孔径法将孔隙划分为小孔、中孔和大孔3个类别,其中大孔的数量仅占1.43%,但体积含量高达53.1%;试样的分形维数范围为1.35~1.76,说明该透水混凝土内部孔隙分布有显著的不均匀特点。对透水混凝土内部孔隙分布特点取得深入认识,可为相关路面铺装混凝土的透水特性分析提供参考。 In order to study the microscopic mechanism of the permeability of pavement pervious concrete,a micro-CT scanning was carried out on the sample to obtain a 2D image and 3D model of the sample.The results show that the pore network in arsenic sandstone is developed and the pore volume fraction is 9.51%.Pore size has a wide distribution range.According to pixel volume statistics,pores are divided into three categories:large,medium and small.The number of large pore accounts for 1.43%while the volume accounts for 53.1%.The results of fractal geometry show that the pore distribution inside the concrete is obviously non-uniform.This study has gained a deep understanding of the characteristics of the internal pore network of concretes,which can provide a reference for the engineering analysis of the related pavement drainage performance.
