缺血性脑血管病二级预防中他汀药物依从性的影响因素分析

Analysis of Influencing Factors on Compliance of Secondary Prevention of Ischemic Cerebrovascular Disease with Statin

目的分析缺血性脑血管病二级预防应用他汀药物依从性的影响因素。方法选取2016年2月10日至2019年1月5日新乡医学院第一附属医院收治的200例缺血性脑血管病患者为研究对象,对患者使用他汀药物进行二级预防,根据治疗依从性分为观察组(治疗依从性不佳)和对照组(治疗依从性良好),各100例。分析患者治疗依从性的影响因素。结果观察组患者的他汀不良反应、缺少疾病相关知识、经济能力不佳等方面和对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗依从性不佳的主要原因为他汀不良反应、缺少疾病相关知识、经济能力不佳。结论影响缺血性脑血管病患者使用他汀药物依从性影响因素具有多种,应对于该类情况实施相应措施,提高患者治疗依从性。

Objective To analyze the influencing factors on compliance of statins for secondary prevention of ischemic cerebrovascular diseases.Methods Two hundred patients with ischemic cerebrovascular disease admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Xinxiang Medical College from February 10,2016 to January 5,2019 were selected as the research objects.The patients were given secondary prevention with statins.According to the treatment compliance,they were divided into observation group(poor treatment compliance)and control group(good treatment compliance),100 cases in each group.The influencing factors of patients'treatment compliance were analyzed.Results There were significant differences between the observation group and the control group in terms of adverse reactions to statin,lack of disease-related knowledge,poor economic ability,etc.(P<0.05).The main factors in the observation group were adverse reactions to statin and lack of disease-related knowledge,as well as poor economic ability.Conclusion There are many factors influencing the compliance of patients with ischemic cerebrovascular disease to use statins.Corresponding measures should be taken to improve the compliance of patients with ischemic cerebrovascular disease.
